Detailed installation design projects
We calculate and design the installations for residential buildings, the tertiary sector and public works, tailored to the developer's needs and in direct collaboration with the architect, to guarantee an optimal and efficient project. One example is the detailed design project for a building with 6 homes and commercial premises in La Bisbal d'Empordà.
Legalization of installations
We carry out the legally required projects, which affect most installations, thoroughly monitoring them and their commissioning to avoid problems during inspections by the authorities. A common case is the legalization of a photovoltaic installation, a procedure we explain on our blog.
Construction management
We have experience in construction management and technical assistance for installations, as well as in their quality control, checking that the work is carried out in
accordance with the project.
We are also responsible for coordinating all the contractors involved in order to optimize costs and reduce project lead times. One example is the construction management of the installations of the Official Medical College of Girona.
Safety coordination
We are senior occupational risk prevention technicians and we prepare health and safety studies and plans for construction sites, as well as safety coordination.

Environmental licenses
We study each environmental license independently and carefully, taking into account the measures relating to fire protection, the environment, the removal of architectural barriers and the sectoral regulations that are applicable in each case.

Telecommunications projects
We have been preparing telecommunications projects, carrying out construction management and handling procedures with the telecommunications authorities since 2001, supporting the architect, developer and/or installer. One example is the certification of the telecommunications project for a building with 22 homes in Salt.
A telecommunications project is mandatory for:
- New buildings with more than one home, premises or office under horizontal property division.
- Buildings with or without horizontal division that are rented for more than one year.
- Comprehensive renovation of a building.
Dealings with utility companies and public authorities
We take care of all the necessary procedures with utility companies such as Endesa, Telefónica and Gas Natural, as well as all formalities with the City Council, Industry, Environment and Fire Departments, among others. A recent case is the management of the electricity supply for the Girona FC training ground.
Energy certificates
We manage and process the energy certificate for your home, premises, industrial unit or building. If you are a company, you may be interested in an energy audit for savings in electricity consumption and a reduction in your electricity and gas bill.
Occupancy certificates
We have qualified technicians to process the occupancy certificate for your home and certify its technical conditions of habitability. The certificate is the administrative document that accredits that a home is fit to be used as a residence, in accordance with current regulations.
If you need to sell or rent a home, or if you need to sign up for utility services, you will need to obtain the occupancy certificate to be able to do so.
Self-protection plans
We are accredited by the Generalitat de Catalunya to prepare self-protection plans (PAU) for centers of interest to Catalan civil protection (headings A and B) and for activities of interest to local civil protection (heading C), in accordance with Annex I of Decree 82/2010.
The self-protection plan (PAU) is the document that foresees and analyzes, for a given activity, facility, center, establishment or premises, the emergencies that may arise as a result of its own activity, external risk situations and disasters, and which establishes the mechanisms for dealing with the emergency.

Do I need an engineering project to open a commercial premises?

Some activities can be authorised through a notification or declaration of responsibility, while others require specific technical documentation or prior approval. At Proserdom, we assess each case to determine the technical documentation required and help you prepare the relevant paperwork.
Do you handle procedures with the utility companies?
Yes, we take care of carrying out all the necessary procedures related to utility companies such as Endesa, Telefónica and Gas Natural, as well as all the formalities with the Town Hall, Industry, Environment and Fire Department, among others.
